Password Rules
  1. Passwords must be between 8 to 20 characters (use letters and numbers; passwords are case sensitive) and symbols (!@#$%^&*?_~).
     
  2. Avoid using personal information such as ID number, birthdays, etc….

 
Security Notice
  1. As a PVIGO Commerical Member, you are responsible for protecting your account information. Do not share your user account, password, certificate/token and other relevant data with others to protect your personal information, and avoid theft and fraudulent or unauthorized use by third parties.
     
  2. You can further protect their information by utilizing two-factor authentication log-in (in conjunction with a Certificate IC Card issued by the Ministry of the Interior Certification Authority, or an Industry and Commerce IC Card issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs Certification Authority).
     
  3. To prevent your information from being accidentally accessed or seen by others, if your computer remains inactive for more than 10 minutes during a session, our system will automatically log you out.
     
  4. This site uses server certificates and 128-bit SSL encryption to protect all information transmitted. Your browser may display a warning window to notify you that you are connected to the secure PVIGO e-Services.

 
To enhence password security, the system will randomly pick up 3 digits from your security code.
Example: if your 8-digit security passcode is 89237350, and you are asked to enter the 2nd, 4th and 6th digits, then you would enter "933".
